What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Only data submitted by a User on the Contact Page and Shop Page when an item is actually purchased is collected.
The Contact Page will collect your name, Email contact details and IP address to identify any Spam messages together with any message you wish to share. This data will allow us to reply directly to you in response to a request. The contact data is retained for the period of one year only, thereafter it is securely deleted from our server. Any data that is collected is exclusively for customer service purposes only.
If you visit the Shop Page and complete a purchase request, we will collect your name, Email details, delivery address, purchase request, payment details for the purpose of completing the transaction and responding to you by Email if any details are unclear, and to deliver the purchased items to the address you have provided. You will also receive a copy of all this information to confirm the details you shared with us following the completion of the purchase order.
No data analytic collection plugin is installed on this website that means we do not collect any information about your visit to the web site.
By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
Who we share your data with
Only when you complete a purchase order using PayPal the payment processing service linked to this site are your financial details shared with that company under a separate agreement that you have made in advance to set up a personal account to use their services. How long we retain your data
We retain Contact Form entries for one year and Shop customer purchase records for five years.

How we protect your data
User data submitted via the Contact Page is protected with AES-256 Encryption and stored on a RAID5E Rack Server with two drive redundancy. Any removal of a physical drive would corrupt user data. All data held on the Server that is not deleted in advance will be securely deleted when either the website or WordPress database is no longer required.
